Any item can be returned for a full refund, minus the original shipping costs. Please email me at john@nipponwest.com within 10 days of receiving an item, if you would like to set up a return. The buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping. All items being returned must be shipped with tracking info and insurance for the full value of the item.
